Do you sell to private customers?
No. Stride sells, leases and rents to organisations with an EU VAT number: companies, schools, universities, research labs and public bodies.
How quickly can a robot be delivered?
Stocked models ship in 3 to 4 weeks. Full-size and reserved models are delivered in the order reservations were placed. Every order is confirmed with a delivery date within one business day.
Is it safe to run a humanoid next to our staff?
Every deployment starts with a risk assessment of the task and the space. We set speed and force limits, define zones and document it all in a safety file that fits the EU Machinery Regulation, which applies from 20 January 2027.
What about data and network security?
Robots arrive on an isolated network with outbound telemetry blocked by default. We manage firmware updates and give your IT team a clear record of what each robot can reach.
Can we try a robot before we buy?
Yes. Book a free 45-minute session at a centre, rent a robot by the day, or run a two-week pilot on your own site. Pilot fees are credited when you buy within 60 days.
Can we order Tesla Optimus?
Not yet. Tesla has not opened sales to other companies. Register interest and we contact you as soon as business orders are possible in Europe.
